Designed for quick and smooth performance, the DocuMate 4700 from Xerox is a color flatbed scanner well-suited for large documents and bound copy such as books and magazines. Featuring an optical resolution of 600 dpi, the unit can scan an A4 page in as little as 2.5 seconds when set to 200 dpi and handle documents up to 11.7 x 17" in size. It can be used as a standalone model, or serve as an add-on to select Xerox ADF scanners by connecting to them via a dedicated USB slot. Once connected, the ADF and flatbed combination can be addressed as a single scanner for seamless operation and improved workflow.

i need a flatbed scanner for Mac, which scans a 8x10 inch photo a quickly. Do not need GREAT quality . I need speed, like this one has, but this does not work with Mac. Any suggestions?
