I'm surprised that BlackRapid is virtually the only company offering a universal smartphone tethering system. The card and loop to be used between your phone and the case is a clever solution to the lack of attachment points on most phones. The wristband/tether is adequate, but I would have like a locking hook and cut resistant strap to make it more anti-theft. Obviously, this system is not for everyday, but for smartphone photography in theft-prone areas, or shooting over long drops and water, this makes a lot of sense.
