The reticle resembles a modified German #4 style, featuring three tapered posts in the lower half of the field and a complex central region, consisting of an illuminated horseshoe with a target dot and two lateral wings and an inverted tree of ballistic stadia. The horseshoe can be illuminated with red or green light of adjustable brightness. You can also obtain a completely black reticle pattern by turning off the illumination. The first focal plane location allows the reticle to scale up or down with your target's size proportionately as you zoom in or out, and serve accurate measurements, without requiring you to do any additional math.
