As a macro lens, its ideal working range is from 1:4 to 4:1 and a floating elements group allows you to fine-tune the optical performance to suit your specific magnification for enhanced sharpness and contrast with controlled aberrations and color fringing. The individual elements have also been multi-coated to resist surface reflections, flare, and ghosting for improved color accuracy when working in strong lighting conditions. Additionally, the lens provides an image circle of 82mm to facilitate working with tilt and shift movements.
Designed specifically for the ACTUS view camera system, this 105mm f/5.6 lens is permanently mounted in an ACTUS lensplate and maintains infinity focus with both DSLRs and mirrorless cameras. It is not compatible with the ACTUS-DB system.
