Both manufactures are highly well known. BH #STUSB31CSAT3 is a special order item. While BH #ANCSATA isn't. They're both design to do the same thing. At this point, it would be your personal preference.

The USB31CSAT3CB can be used with an Android phone, however this will depend if the phone itself allows for external storage devices and if the USB-C port on the phone provides adequate power that the SSD drive being used requires. Adam, StarTech.com Support
