Is there track that is compatible with these dolly wheels?
We are not aware of a track that will work with this dolly. This dolly has standard casters, you would need to look at a dolly that offers track wheels as well to be used in a track. The Glide Gear SYL-960 Floor/Track Hybrid Tripod Dolly, B&H # GLSYL960, is a nice option to consider.

Barbara is 100 percent correct. If you want to modify you could add 1/4, 5/16/, 3/8 at the max single top threaded bolt pneumatic wheels or any type of wheels to this unit. But the stock wheels are similar to hospital type smooth rolling wheels with almost zero play. They feel like sealed bearings but are clearing not both horizontal and vertical.
