The Mobile Studios SparkMount Battery Kit enables mounting of your Connect Spark (not included) to your camera, and includes a Li-ion battery that can power a Connect Spark for approximately 15 hours between charges. Made from aluminum, the chassis is both lightweight and strong. The kit includes HDMI and SDI cables, so you can use it with either version of the Connect Spark. Also included are both long and short power cables for the battery. A carry pouch for the battery is included.

We're afraid not. According to Mobile Studios this product is not compatible with the Spark Pro or Spark Plus.

Does this battery kit come with a clamp to attach it to a camera handle or a tripod leg? If so, what sizes will it accommodate and if not what product would you need to attach it to something?
This comes with a tripod clamp attachment. The exact size is not listed, but it should work with the vast majority of tripods.
