Good connector, missing parts

The connector is good and should be a 5 star review, however these units shipped from B&H (I bought 3) did not include the special 0.9mm hex wrench needed to finish assembly of the connector or the tiny zip tie used for strain relief. Both should come in the package and are part of the assembly instructions. Cable Techniques should be made aware that these units are being sold missing necessary components.
