I Only Buy These When One Is Lost And The Price Seems To Increase $10 Every Time Which Adds To The Annoyance. Otherwise, This Guy Does The Trick For My Sachtler DV2s.

I use this as an extra quick release camera plate for other camera accessories. I use it specifically to be able to mount a handheld rig with the camera on in no time, which is the point with event videography.
