The Manfrotto VR Medium Aluminum Extension Boom provides rigid, lightweight support for your virtual reality camera weighing up to 3.3 pounds. This versatile, four-section pole reduces vibrations and extends from 2 to 6.5', enabling you to shoot above your surroundings.

For increased camera compatibility, the VR Camera Boom Pole features an interchangeable 3/8"-16 and 1/4"-20 top screw mount. The 3/8"-16 thread at the base of the adapter enables you to mount the pole on a tripod or other support, increasing your camera position options.

I've only had this boom pole for a few days but I think it is perfect for small productions where portability is essential. Light but solid construction and tightens easily without the need to over-crank on the fasteners. Overall, really good product!

Perfect for 360 cameras

Very sturdy yet lightweight monopod for taking 360 photos with your one shot camera. Pair it up with the aluminum VR legs and you’ll be good to go. Much less wobble and sway than you get with the “selfie stick” approach.
