question

Does anyone fully understand the bicolor aspect of this light? I've been watching NAB videos and it seems like the balast is universal but you may have to swap the head for tungsten 2k open face mode.. Don't quite understand yet. thanks!
Asked by: Michael D.
For the Joker2 1600 and our Joker2 800 their is an alternate rear cap that will be available in about 8 weeks that will allow you to mount a Tungsten 2k or 1k lamp in the same socket as the daylight version. The igniter cap is removed by Two screws and un-clipped from the buglite head. You can the mount the alternate rear cap that has an on/off switch and plug so you may use the tungsten lamps. This allows you a 2k/1k Tungsten Par or buglite when you need it without having to carry an additional fixture. This is a very quick, simple swap of caps.
