There were major scratches on the item when I first opened up the box. The cable was also very poorly coiled, and had a weird kink in the middle. I believe I may have received a used item from B&H, despite purchasing new. It seems to be working for now, hopefully the cable doesn't deteriorate.

Does this increase the power of the light to a higher wattage? Or is the output still 600Ws?
The Godox AC Adapter for AD600Pro Witstro Outdoor Flash does not change the power of the light. It is an AC adapter so you can use the AD600pro attached to a wall outlet and not under battery power.

Can this AC26 Power Supply sustain or the AD600Pro sustain manual power setting from 1/1 - 1/8 and stroboscopic at 5 - 5hz all the power without the AD600Pro mono head turning off?
The Godox AC Adapter for AD600Pro Witstro Outdoor Flash used with the Godox AD600Pro Witstro All-in-One Outdoor Flash (B&H # GOAD600PRO) can maintain full manual power to 1/8 power. Recycling times will be 0.01 to 0.9 sec depending on the power setting. In stroboscopic mode, you will not have full power. Full power takes 0.9 sec to recycle.

I assume you are asking if it will fit the wall electric outlet configuration used in your country, in which case the answer is no. Purchase a cheap wall adapter and it works fine. If you are asking if the adapter is 120/220 dual voltage the answer is yes. You don't need a voltage converter.
