Returning & Wouldn't Recommend

I received this cage and returned/swapped it the first time, assuming the screws being too short to tightly connect the cage to the base was a mistake. After getting this item a second time and facing the same problem, I'm returning permanently. You do not want to put a monitor on this item and have your cage completely split from the tripod and fall in front of a client.

Solid build for the price, Matte Box is weak.

This is a little bit of a pain to assemble, especially the top hand with the allen key screw, but once put together, it works quite well. Primarily all metal construction except for the Matte box flaps. That's all plastic construction. Not sure how long that will hold up on trips being taken apart and reassembled. The follow focus is solid on the Rokinon CineLens on the front of the GH4. All in all, a pretty good little cage unit. The only issue I had was a bought a 3rd party handle to add a second handle to the right side so I have someplace to grab the cage from the side. The screw threads on the cage aren't exactly standard so I'll have to research to find another.

It will not. The cage in this kit is geared towards Mirrorless Photo cameras like the A7 Series form Sony and GH5 from Panasonic. The cage will not be wide enough to handle the Pocket Cinema Camera 6K.
