Can I use it on the Ivation Pro Steady DSLR Rig System with Shoulder Mount? Or does it work only on rigs with 15mm Rod Systems?
This follow focus lists for use with 15mm rods. It is possible to add a 15mm rod baseplate between the Ivation Pro Steady DSLR Rig System and camera. Product example is CAMVATE Baseplate with 7.9" 15mm Rods for Select Canon/Sony Cameras (Red Wingnut)

Can the Yelangu photography follow focus focalizer(black) be used with the new Blackmagic using a smallrig cage? my lens is the Rokinon cine 85mm T1.5
Yes it will work, if you have a 15mm Rod Support System for the SmallRig Cage. B&H # SMDBR2267 is the 15mm baseplate for the Pocket Cinema Camera Cage, B&H # SMCVB2255. You will need 15mm Rods as well.
