Use the Slik SMH-250 Micro Adjustment Mount in conjunction with your ECH-630 Astro Tracker to make polar aligning the tracking unit faster and more precise. This mount acts as an equatorial wedge to set your longitude during alignment, and is easier to use and more stable than using a standard ball head. Will this micro adjust fit on a RRS BH55 ballhead with quick release panning clamp?
Yes, the Slik SMH-250 Micro Adjustment Mount should fit on most Arca-Swiss clamps.
But the clamp should not be a lever but a twist knob. The lever ones are so precise that there is no room for error on the third party built in Arca-Swiss plate.
