Paper don't detach from roll

I've been using this paper for my Epson machine for quite awhile with no problems, but the recent last two orders have had an issue with the paper not detaching from the roll then the printer just keeps printing making a huge mess and ruining the prints. I'm not the kind of person that sits and watches my printer print after the third time I'm done. Let me know when you get this problem fixed.

The items ordered were delivered on time, well packaged, and are of great quality. I use an Epson ET-8550, and the prints look excellent on this paper.

Do you have the paper printing profile? I own an Epson P5000

B&H does not have the profile for this paper however you could try using the profile for Ultra Premium Photo Paper Luster or other similar paper. Often it takes a few tests to find out which profile will work best for a third party paper.

Any difference between [Premier Imaging Quality Photo Luster] & [Premier Imaging Premium Photo Luster] are they all the same?

The Premium paper is a bit thinner (more delicate) and has Opacity and Brightness ratings for more professional applications. The regular premium does not offer these specifications.
