If both are on it will enhance the stabilization because the two systems will be working in tandem with one another.

Which Arca Swiss lens plate to use with the GF250mm?
You would need a plate that's compatible with the QR clamp on the head that you're using. There are no "universal" QR plates.

Will this foot mount directly to a RRS BH-55 lever release clamp?
I used this lens last year with a Really Right Stuff clamp bracket. It worked fine. You might clll RRS direct if you need more info.
