I got this so that I can move my z-finder a bit further away from the body of the camera. I use it with a piece of z-rail, the z-axis mini, and a 90-degree z rail mount. All are connected to the front screws on the slanted part of the original C200 handle. The rosette holds the z-finder firmly in place. This whole rig does make the camera heavier than I'd like, but it's workable.

Will this work with the Zacuto Z-finder for the Panasonic Eva-1?
No, the Zacuto Canon C200 Z-Finder Rosette Mount would only work with the Canon C200 or Canon C300 Mark III or C500 Mark II.

The EVA1 has a 15mm rod mount to attach to Panasonic's mount or to the Zacuto EVA1 top plate with Z-Rail Axis Mount (no longer available) . It can also be used with the Axis Mini EVF Mount BH # ZAZMAEM with the addition of the LCD Axis Adapter BH # ZAZFSAA. The wide range of adjustment allows for you to place the Z-Finder in a comfortable place for shoulder mounted shooting.
