Wacom Cintiq Ergo Desk Stand reviews

Cintiq Pro Ergo Desk Stand for DTK2420 and DTH2420 Tablets is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 6.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Worth the wait I have had the updated 24" Wacom for about 6 months and have really enjoyed the new, single USB-C connection to my computer. Now with the ergo stand I can put the tablet to good use. The stand tilts and folds allowing me to use my Wacom while standing or sitting. This version also allows the user to easily rotate the screen to the left and right while drawing w/o hitting any buttons. When done, the screen clicks back into place. Nice fit and finish and when I'm not using the tablet the stand allows it to be stored vertically, making the Wacom a pretty good 2nd monitor.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very sturdy It is very heavy and sturdy, will last forever I think. Makes you confident this will hold a long time. Pros, made for this model and really good at making it a valuable piece of equipment Cons, price is $500 and also I don't like that there are only two positions you can lock in the arms of the device. All the way up, and hitting the table. Nothing in between. The swivel is all over the place but if I want to have it half way up and then swivel cannot do it. Either have to get lower table or elevate the product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Well Built, Design-Meh. This product is well manufactured. The attention to detail and the materials and machining are outstanding. However, It's not as adjustable as you would think. You can't have it hang over your desk. the main arms lock only in the position shown in the images, otherwise they are free floating and rely only on the lower edge of the tablet resting on your desk. seems like a bit of a miss for me when they were designing it. would be nice to have the option to lock the main arms in other angels.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Stable, but missing obvious options Solid and stable enough to hold your Cintiq Pro up, but inability to position between extreme "up" and "down" positions is a big drawback. The "up" position is a bit too high for regular use, and the "down" position is simply the base of the Cintiq resting on your desk. Add to that the inability to tilt your monitor downward in either position and you have a well-built but only averagely functioning stand. I expect better from Wacom, especially at the price.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good but could be just a little better This stand works very well when you get it set up and I'm glad I got it. There were 2 things that were below or outside my expectations but they aren't deal-breakers: 1: there's not much space in the stand to house the large, stiff cables but once you get them in there they stay out of your way for good! 2: the stand has 2 height settings: up and down. I kinda thought it would lock at any height but it's ok, the screen swiveling makes it possible to still have a multitude of potential working positions but I have to be extra careful not to let the armature drop when I unlock it cause it WILL drop to the bottom of the height range if you aren't consciously aware while adjusting. I kinda wish that the "up" position was a little higher so I could use it better standing... but I'm over 2 meters tall so that's hardly Wacom's fault... for a normal sized human it would work great for standing!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Better than not having it.. Does this item assist me with my creative environment? Yes. It definitely does. Does it do all the things Wacom says it would? Yes. It definitely does. Is the price justifiable? No. But it is well built and serves its purpose nicely. I enjoy it a lot and this product definitely brought me and the Cintiq Pro very close.
