It's a plate to connect two pieces of equipment together, and it does that, so I don't have a lot to say about it except that the item I received is different from the pictures. Maybe Audio-Technica changed the design and didn't inform vendors, I don't know.

We waited for this kit and it was a waste of time and money because it does NOT include the rack ears! Why would anyone want to join two receivers together unless they were mounting them in a rack? Major fail
