Matthews 420114 Overview

The MQ Mount for LED and Fluorescent Light Tubes from Matthews is designed to safely clamp T-12 size (1.5" diameter) fluorescent or LED tubes and has anti-crush jaws that prevent crushing of the tube. The mount has a knurled, non-twist, 3/8" pin that fits all sizes of grip heads. It's got a 1/4"-20 tap for additional mounting options.

    Was concerned this wouldn't be as solid as the other mount options, but it's fantastic. Grips perfectly and rigid.

    These are good solid mounts, that work. I use them with quasar rainbows.

    Yes however you really need to crank it quite tight. These are slightly wider than the PT4Cs and so on occasion they can slip out. I own these clamps and the PT4Cs so I speak from multiple experiences.

    We do not have an MQ mount that will support 4 tubes. The Quasar MyWay Plate will do this. They sell it on their site. https://www.quasarscience.com/products/quasarplate?variant=43483386318
