Dielectric multi-coated coatings on optically polished Schott glass enables you to capture images in the deep UV spectral region. It is intended for use on telescope apertures of at least 5"—with 8" being recommended. The filter comes mounted in a standard 1.25" filter housing for easy installation on nosepieces and other similar holders.
