These lights are a great addition to the Foldio3 studio's integrated lights. The integrated lights do a fine job on their own but the addition of the Halo-bars allows for more creative flexibility to accent a particular feature or to correct a shadow.

Before buying Halo Bars I was using only the light that comes mounted on the Foldio3. I was already satisfied with the Light of Foldio3, but there were always some shadows and backgrounds that needed more light. And it was the Halo Bar that solved these problems. Very good and I recommend it to everyone.

If I buy the Foldio2Plus, which does include a dimmer, can this extra pair of lights be operated and dimmed on the Foldio2Plus dimmer at the same time as the built-in 3 lights of the Foldio2Plus? Some YouTube reviews show extra lights like these just plugging into a second dimmer control on a single dimmer box, but they don't say if that's the Foldio2Plus dimmer, or an upgraded dimmer bought separately.
