It works as described. When attached on my Elinchrom RX4 monolights they don't fully click which is why I gave 4 stars but they don't fall or anything so although it looks not properly attached compared to their own rings it does stay and I haven't experienced any issues. It takes very few minutes to attach the Raja Phottix modifiers to the ring. IT WORKS!
