The clamp has a range of 1/8 to 1.65", and the jaws of the clamp feature vinyl sleeves that protect the surface you are clamping to from marring. The clamp features twelve threaded 1/4"-20 accessory mounting holes along both sides and the spine, as well as a single 3/8"-16 threaded mounting hole.
