Does this include 1/4-20" screws to attach to a ...

Does this include 1/4-20" screws to attach to a tripod foot, or are additional screws needed to attach the cheeseplate?

It does not include 1/4"-20 screws. The plate includes four M4 screws. Your tripod foot should have a 1/4"-20 or 3/8"-16 screw or thread to attach to the CAMVATE Multifunction Cheese Plate.
