The green light helps preserve night-acclimated vision and is less likely to spook game in the field. A C4 LED generates 80 lumens of white light, while three 5mm green LEDs produce 20-lumen high and 6-lumen low output levels. Runtime is 5 hours for white light, 20 hours for green high, and 63 hours for green low. The light runs on three widely available AAA batteries and is controlled by a single push-button switch on the top of the housing: click once for green low, twice for green high, and three times for white.
