I used to use Cokin filters when I was full-time pro back in the day, and recently found some old filters, but not way to put them on my newly acquired OM10, so ordered this so I could. Very excited to get back out and use them again.

Cokin A Series 62mm Adapter Ring (A261)

I've been a big fan of the Cokin Filter System since it was introduced in 1978. I was in high school but had been using various instamatic cameras. For a graduation gift I received my first SLR, and it changed my photographic life! As soon as I could scrape together enough money, I bought several Cokin filters & holder for my Pentax ME. Although I've moved on to Nikon equipment, I'm still using those Cokin filters, though I needed this adapter ring to fit a couple of lenses I bought. It's a well-engineered aluminum ring that fits the filter holder perfectly. Can't say enough about Cokin products, though they seem to have abandoned the amateur market by dropping their A-series filters & holders.

question

Is this item the adapter ring that holds the filter holder for cokin a series? I should have a straight lip on it that accepts the holder. Please advise.

This is the adapter ring that holds the A series filter holder. I have used an assortment of A series filter for several years on my micro 4/3 lenses with good results.
