NO CABLE?

I just received this and it DID NOT come with any cable. It ONLY comes with the ear piece. I was anxious to get this and start using it tomorrow but apparently I need to also purchase an MMCX cable for another $50? Really? AND BEFORE I ordered this I called and explicitly asked BHPhoto how long the cable is and he said I don't know, 6'? I was like I would like to know because I need it to be longer so I bought an extension cable, from Amazon because they didn't have any on BH. BH reps should not be guessing something comes with something and how long it is when they don't have a clue because it's misleading and now I have to deal with it.

Bought back in Feb '20. Tried it out once recently since I've been back on set and it's noticeably lower than the left counterpart. Tried cleaning etc. It's out of the 30 day window, so I can't exchange. Waste of money.

Is the earphone removable like the standard SE215 earphones?

Yes, all the SE In-ear series besides the SE112's have the MMCX connection detachable earphones. The item you have asked this question on is mostly purchased to swap out a broken in-ear.
