The Twelve South AirFly is a Bluetooth transmitter that lets you listen to audio from any 3.5mm wired source with your wireless headphones. From the treadmill at the gym to the clock radio in the kitchen and more, the AirFly plugs into the 3.5mm headphone jack on these devices and transmits sound over Bluetooth to your wireless headphones.
In many cases, pairing the device is as simple as holding down the AirFly's sole button while engaging in the prescribed pairing practices of your wireless headphones. With Apple's AirPods, however, you simply press the button on the AirFly until it flashes, then do the same with the open charging case of the AirPods as the earbuds rest inside; when the light on the AirPods case turns green, you're good to go.
A 3.5mm cable is included to plug the AirFly into your preferred entertainment system. Battery life is up to 8 hours of listening time, and a micro-USB charging cable is also included.
