this is a product that has been a demo, or unit that has been sent to a customer and returned. Normally not a big deal, and comes at a discount to you. Maybe some packaging missing but other than that you can save a few bucks over getting a factory sealed unit. I have purchase several of these from B&H Photo and can recommend (highly) that these are safe purchases. B&H will ALWAYS stand behind your purchase!

According to Fuji, the lowest and highest shutter speed you can achieve with the electronic shutter can vary depending on the mode. As per page 218 of the user manual, the shutter speeds you can achieve with the electronic shutter are as follows.
Mode P: 4s to 1/32000s
Other modes: 30s to 1/32000s
Bulb: Fixed at 1s
Time: 30s to 1/32000s
