No. This has a completely manual zoom. The closest lens to what you're looking for would be the Sony G PZ 28-135 f/4.

Has anyone compared image quality of the 24-105 f4 to the Sony Zeiss 24-70 f4. I own and love the Zeiss lens but miss the extra reach I had when I was shooting the Canon 24-105 on a 6D?
The 24-105mm lens is quite sharp and gives the 24-70mm a run for the money.

The lens is exactly the same. It’s a brilliant lens by the way. Only difference between the 2 items is that one comes with a UV filter kit
