Lilliput FS7 Overview

The Lilliput FS7 7" 4K HDMI/3G-SDI Monitor is a high-contrast on-camera monitor with a native 1920 x 1200, 8-bit resolution display. View clear, sharp images up to DCI 4K 4096 x 2160 via HDMI, and up to 1080p60 via the 3G-SDI input. The FS7 features a 1000:1 contrast ratio, 500 cd/m² brightness, and a wide 170° viewing angle. Both the HDMI and 3G-SDI signals can be looped out to other devices.

Two user-definable buttons may be used to create shortcuts to your favorite monitor functions. Display functions include false color, level meter, freeze, DSLR, exposure, and image flip modes. Mount the monitor to your camera rig using the included ball head shoe mount adapter.

The Lilliput FS7 accepts a wide range of 7 to 24 VDC power, and includes a Sony L-series type battery plate. Housed in a durable metal body, the FS7 also comes with a folding sunshade, an HDMI cable, and an AC adapter.

This is paired with my canon 5dmk3 70/200/2.8 shooting 1080p video. I researched this for a while and came up this is best for me when I'm shooting fast Lacrosse games. Couple things there in no meter monitoring of how much batter power you have. And when you turn off monitor you have to reset some of things in menu. The mount you get to put on hot shoe is ok for now but I'm looking for a better mount. Over all I love this monitor you can see the players and can follow the game much better then the screen on camera.

This monitor has a nice sharp and bright image. It's metal hosing allows for a more sturdy experience. Easy menu and very useful presets. Very glad I bought it. GREAT PRICE TOO!

I have been working with me new Lilliput FS7 Monitor and it is fantastic. The ability to the sharpest possible images with this monitor is so easy. The peaking settings makes perfect focusing a snap. Well built and easy to use.

I had a monitor fail on a gig. Bought 3 of these. So happy i did. Much lighter, and smaller. Better resolution as well.

Very good monitor. I use it as small teleprompter! Fantastic resolution and the mirror function Vertical or horizontal is essential for do it.

Yes, just as long as you are using a module with your RED Camera that offers an SDI or HDMI output. If you have such an output available you will be able to use this monitor.

No, The FS7 doesn't have HDMI/SDI cross conversion, if you like to have a monitor as a HDMI to SDI converter please buy LILLIPUT Q7 or Q7 pro , or LILLIPUT makes a mini converter for HDMI to SDI the model number is SC1221,thanks. Joanna Chen Lilliput Electronics Inc 9095988118

Yes. It has loop through for HDMI and SDI. Cross convert should work in theory but the specs never mention anything about cross convert. If that is what you need more than the monitor look at the Decimator range for a good quality, reasonable priced cross convert.
