I needed an adapter to shoot with a vintage Angeneux 35-70mm F-mount lens on my XH2 body, and this works perfectly fine.

Can you adjust the aperture on this converter or is it locked in on a certain number?

When I mount the lens, the screen shows f 0. If I manually lock in iso and shutter speed, and slide the aperture ring, the camera responds to variations in f stop.

Steve, you say focus is only by eye, what about using ''focus peaking'' on the X-T2 camera as many youtube videos demonstrate or am I missing something here ?

Yes you can mount it but the lens does not have aperture ring , you want be able to control the aperture and you would have to manual focus it
