FotodioX T-Mount Lens to Nikon F-Mount Camera Adapter

Functional, but with a problem

This T to Nikon adapter can permit attaching a T-screw mount device (e.g. lens) to a Nikon camera, but the orientation may not be right. One never knows where a T mount ends up once tightened, and the camera may be tilted at a weird angle. T adapters have the T-threaded member in a larger assembly having 3 set screws. Loosening the screws should allow rotating the camera to the correct orientation. For the setup I have, the camera needed to be rotated quite a bit (like a quarter turn). This adapter has the 3 set screws, for which one needs a 1.5 mm Allen wrench to loosen. However, once the screws were loose, the T-ring would not move. Only because I knew the ring was supposed to turn did I succeed. I could see that the right was slightly off-center, and by applying much force radially, not trying to rotate, to even up the gap between the parts. Then the ring broke free, and it works well. No user should be asked to make this kind of brutal adjustment.
