Wobble, wobble

After 2 or 3 uses, developed a lot of wobble between the portion of the adapter that has the writing identifying its type and the portion with the ribbed ring. It is certainly miles behind the quality anyone would want to be attached to a Leica SL mount, and I won't use it with my Nikon Ai-S lenses. What a waste of money. Too bad it worked ok for the first couple of times I used it, as I could have returned the item and gotten a refund.

Hope doesn't break down

Got it fast from BH which is insane considering what all of us going through. This adapter works (functional), but as the first reviewer said its not engineered well, its not a perfect tight fit from the adapter lens mount side. From the camera mount its secured and does't wiggle. Giving the fact that this adapter not cheap, I was expecting it to be well finished. But its not affecting my work nor its making me returning it. I have ordered this internationally, that's why.

Will this work with a 24-120 G lens?
Asked by: Guy
Not sure. It did not allow me to adjust aperture on the 70-200 2.8. It worked for me with the 85 1.8 G lens and other primes.

If the lens that you have has a manual aperture ring, for controlling it on the adapter, set the aperture to A. However if you want to control the aperture on the lens you can.

question

Will to fit Nikon d lenses
Asked by: Juan
All Nikkor lenses introduced since 1992 are D or Distance . This feature told the camera electronically the distance to the subject. So the answer is that yes you can use this adapter to attach a Nikkor D lens to a Leica. However, nothing electronic such as Auto Focus or aperture or distance is sent to the camera.
