As the FotodioX 62mm Reverse Mount Macro Adapter Ring for Nikon F-Mount Cameras is designed for use with Nikon cameras that use the F-mount lens mount, yes, the above adapter ring may be used on the Nikon D850 DSLR camera. Do note that as the lens is mounted in reverse and there is no electronic communication between the lens and camera, you will have to use Manual Mode and you will have to focus your lens manually.
