as a reply to Juan`s review: 1. It can be also the monitor`s fault - this problem could be easily fixed by adding washers on main mounting screw 2. Version of Monitor Holder without NATO rail is for user who plan to use this holder with accessories which have built-in Safety NATO Rail 3. It is possible to use the Monitor Holder with top handle at the same time - but it should be Monitor Holder with cold shoe mount

A bit difficult to give this a rating. The build quality is superb and it is clear that it would do a great job holding a monitor in place however there are a few major caveats to this deceptively simple accessory. 1. The bolt to mount the monitor is very difficult to comfortably reach as well as painful. When trying to mount an Atomos Ninja Inferno on it I discovered that the bolt was too long, resulting in the monitor sitting just above the holder and not seating properly. 2. This holder does not work at all without a NATO rail, which begs the question why this item is sold at all without it. Do not be deceived into thinking this will work on any hot/cold shoe. 3. Depending on how you intend to use your cameras cage, this item could quite possibly be completely unusable; Due to the need for a NATO rail to mount, it is impossible to have a top handle mount and the monitor holder on the cage at the same time. For me this was a complete deal breaker that had I known before purchasing would have saved me quite a bit of time and headaches. *To summarize: The build quality is amazing however, you should only purchase this item if you have no interest, or need to use a monitor and a top handle on an 8Sinn cage at the same time. You have to use one or the other.
