I bought this to make life easier getting my NN M2 Ultimate M2 Pano head on and off my tripod quickly. It does a great job of that. It holds the M2 tightly to my RRS BH-55 ball head. It appears very well made and the two provided screws fit perfectly into the rotator. Do will it also came with a center screw for the rotator but, again, it works perfectly

I mostly shoot landscape and Cityscapes. I like to use ball head and to mound Nodal Ninja Pano head I had to remove ball head all the time, this plate allows me to keep my ball head mounted on a tripod and then on top quickly mount or remove my Pano head. I wish it was part of Pano Nodal Ninja package, not a separate purchase. Product is well made and as described.
