I have to cut it in two half

As a whole it did not work. To make it fit my Yashica-D TLR I have to cut through through the middle . Each half fitted dedicated lens more or less fine. Anyway given the price into consideration it is OK.

Doesn't stay in place

I found my misplaced original Yashica lens cap and compared. The original has cutouts where my Mat 124G has its shutter speed and aperture dials; the Nisha one does not. Unsure if this could be rectified with an X-acto knife, but out of the box this lens cap will not stay on a Yashica Mat 124G camera. Additionally, the cap needs to be oriented with one side up but there are no clear markings about which side to use on the taking lens. The Yashica has a logo that helps orient the cap.

There are different versions of the Yashica 24. If the one you have has a Bay1/Bay-30 filter connection it should fit.

Will this fit a Yashica Mat LM?
Asked by: Ashley
While the cap is the correct size, it is not made for Yashica. I bought it and realized it was catching on the aperture/shutter dials. I had to do a bit of moding with a razor blade to get it to fit. (I have Yashica EM which should be the same as the LM)

question

Will this fit a Yashica A TLR? The lenses on the A are not the same size, and this cap looks like both covers are the same size.
Asked by: Melanie
Hello- This will not fit(for later bayonet lens). I have been looking as well. The Yashica A has 2 32mm diameter lens'. I purchased 2 32mm lens caps and they work fine. Another option is to get the 32mm rifle scope caps that flip up. You will need 2.
