If you’re thinking about getting a step up ring, yes this one is worth the price. If you’re wondering why it’s so expensive, that’s because it’s brass and it DOESN’T get stuck, and the grooves are deep enough (also don’t over tighten). The aluminum rings are impossible to remove. I hated struggling with my expensive PolarPro filter and the $7 ring that refused to come off, so I just bought this one and it works great!
It was a big day and a marriage made in heaven. One with GAS, like me, prides oneself in owning as many 77mm filters as humanly possible. It only took a few decades to find these gems! PolarPro makes a solid product.
