Whether you're making cyanotypes, sun prints, or other alternative processes that use a contact printing frame, the 16 x 20" Select Contact Print Frame from Photographers' Formulary is an ideal choice to make your personalized work. The frame is made of a solid 2" ash wood with a felt-lined 1/2" plywood that is hinged, so it can be easily removed from the frame. By placing the material against the museum-grade glass, positioning the felt-lined backing, and closing it with the swing arm locking mechanism, it keeps the print completely flat for exposure to light. To ensure complete exposure of the material, the glass is one inch larger all around than the print.

A sturdy printing frame for any traditional or alternative processes, and it held my prints in place for a myriad of projects. It is a little on the heavy side, but the build quality is great, If I had any complain it would be that, but it is really not a deal breaker. I would buy again if I needed to, and would recommend.
