Thrustmaster TPR Pedals Reviews
Excellent construction and smooth, accurate mechanics.
I had been looking at a few different rudder pedals, some were a lot less expensive than these, but these are rock-solid. Very smooth action, with adjustable spring load. I'm using them in Elite Dangerous and Microsoft Flight Simulator, and they work great!
Durable and responsive
This is a must have for flight sims, I use it exclusively for DCS and my warbird game has improved dramatically. Having Toe brakes is essential for taxiing and for F-14 carrier ops. They're super comfortable and I rest my feet on them even when I'm just messing around on my pc. It seems outrageous to spend this kinda money on something that is supplemented with twist sticks for beginner but I can assure you your ability and immersion will improve with this set up.
Best Rudder Pedals Out There
By far the best rudder pedals on the market for any flight simulator. The entire unit is made of metal and is relatively heavy. Very linear feel, fully programmable, toe-brakes work well and easy to setup/hookup. If you're going to spend a lot of time flying, don't settle for a cheap set of pedals. You'll thank yourself for getting these. They're expensive but you get what you pay for. There is an option to permanently mount the base so the unit doesn't move. It does have feet on the bottom but still slides on carpet. If you have carpet and don't want to drill holes into your floor, be creative and make a plywood base with a larger footprint so that it can be jammed/wedged against something stationary. Or place it on a slip-resistant mat made for carpet.
You won't believe it until you tried it. It is so sensitive and response to any tiny movement. The most importantly, it responses based on how you want it.
These are perfect for any Sim flights. Very easy assembly and adjustments. Smooth action makes these perfect for MSFS 2020.
Best rudder for sims
This is by far the best rudder controller I have every used and I have had all the rest of the major manufacturers products. It has the most realistic feel (17,000 hour pilot in real aircraft) the only complaint is the price but the quality seems to make a good argument for that.
Thrustmaster TPR, When you want to feel the need for speed!
Solid construction and very precise, the Thrustmaster TPR Pendulum rudder pedals are the most realistic and most comfortable sim pedals I've ever used. Assembly was a No-Brainer requiring four hex screws and two metric nuts using the included tools, It's as simple as it gets. After using them for a few sorties in both DCS and MSFS 2020, you don't even think about them... they're just there, as an extension of your feet... the way rudder pedals should to be. They center up with no pressure absolutely perfectly EVERY time. These Thrustmaster TPR's really bring your sim experience to a whole new level with a realistic feel. Well worth the investment!
