Can I contact print directly to 8" x 10" paper so ...

Can I contact print directly to 8" x 10" paper so that all negatives fit to the sheet? I understand the pocket will hold up to 8.5" x 11" contact sheet, but want to be sure the negatives, in the holder, allow contact printing to an 8" x 10" sheet.

Yes you may contact print on an 8 x10" sheet of photographic paper.

Is this ONLY 3 Ring Binder (ONLY 3 HOLES, NOT 5)?

It has 7 holes to fit 2-ring, 3-ring, and oversized 3-ring binder. You can't go wrong for binder fit. However I find it a little shortage that it can carry only 6 strips of negative or max 36 shots. Most of my films give me 38 shots. I always need a 7-strip holder. The nice thing of this holder is its slot for contact print in A4 size.
