Featuring a flexible, lightweight, roll-up design, the 8 x 8'' Daylight LED Blanket from Sourcemaker is a unique light source that uses multiple LED ribbons to generate its output. With a color temperature of 6010K, the fixture is a good choice for shooting outdoors or in spaces with large windows, as well as matching other daylight-balanced light sources. It's also fully dimmable with the separate purchase of a dimmer and power supply. The blanket has a modular design and can be attached to other units and controlled via an optional DMX decoder. Additionally, with the included harness, each strip can be used separately from the blanket as an individual light source.
Built into a hard rolling case with a telescoping handle, the Dimcase Dimming LED Controller from Sourcemaker is designed to power and control all RGB and Hybrid LED ribbon and blanket products. The Dimcase is ready for worldwide use via its integrated 100 to 240 VAC power supply, and can make light intensity adjustments from 0 to 100% locally on the unit or remotely from a console with onboard DMX. The 100A capacity, 16-channel unit can control one 8 x 8', two 4 x 8', four 4 x 4', or eight 2 x 4' LED blankets independently.
