The Core SWX JetPack EVO builds off the first-generation JetPack products. Like the first-generation products, this JetPack fits between a V-mount battery and a V-mount battery plate. Inside the JetPack lives a 4-cell lithium-ion battery which can power a rig running a 15-amp draw for five minutes, during which you can perform a battery swap. Furthermore, the internal battery can be used to boost the output from the mounted battery, for example, during camera startup. An LCD on the side shows the current power source, backup battery capacity, and the current power draw. Additionally, the JetPack EVO features two D-Tap outputs for powering accessories. Further accessories can be powered through connections made by attaching a separately available EVO power distribution module.

Core SWX EVO-V Reviews
Best Hotswap Solution IMHO
I highly recommend for anyone looking for a hotswap solution that doesn't extremely increase the weight and bulk of their current kit. What's great about this is the amount of features packed in. Internal lithium battery that can be change out versus having to buy a whole new unit. LED screen on the side to monitor power draw and run time left! That's huge for anyone looking for a more accurate readout of power left instead of having to read 4 or 5 green power level lights on a brick. And my favorite thing is how well made and tight the actual mounting points are. They are rock solid. My battery isn't going anywhere or dismounting from this. The only drawback is of course, if you have a battery mounted to the Jetpack and not shooting, it will still pull power from the battery to stay at 100%. But that's an easy fix. Just don't mount your batteries. I have to double check to see if it has a smart thing to prevent constant draw. But it's still a 5 star device and I highly recommend this to anyone with a rig that has multiple devices requiring power and demands a hotswap solution.
