The LanParte Monitor Mount and Quick Release Base from ikan can mount directly onto a 1/4"-20 threaded recess or attach to the 1/4"-20 head of an accessory arm. The proprietary QR plate has another 1/4"-20 screw for attaching to a small monitor with a depth of 5/8" between the center of the mounting point and the front edge of the monitor.

I use a pair of these for quickly swapping my SmallHD 702 between my gimbal and my C200 rig. Solid construction, seats solidly with no wiggle. The tab on the plate keeps it from swiveling. On the quick release, theres a 1/4-20 hole for spinning it onto an arm, then the separate threaded bolt can be tightened to keep it from loosening. Love it.
