We use this to not have to replace expensive Countryman mics with the old AT plug. Glad AT made this an option and continues to make it. Seems expensive, but you can't build them either. They work flawlessly, until people play Yo-Yo with the mic packs and mics ....

Good solid connections and allows older AT cW lavaliers to work with the newer transmitters.
