I use these Robus wide tripod feet on every tripod that will fit them! They give me a little extra purchase, stability on the ground for the tripod! For me; well worth the cost of them.

Have installed these on every one of my Birding spotting scope tripods. They give an extra bit of stability to my tripods. And I've got at least 10-12 different size tripods with Demo spotting scopes on them! I'm a part time Birding Guide. They are a good value. Especially when compared to what Gitzo wants for their same size 50mm wide feet.
