The V-Mount Battery Plate from Wooden Camera utilizes an IDX V-mount battery plate and a connector for the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K, 6K Pro, or 4K. The 16" cable exits the right side of the plate, allowing for easy insertion into the camera. Its design allows minimal cable excess while still being able to reach additional modules when necessary. It also features two D-Tap ports for accessory power.

The good part: The extra ports are useful, and being able to use a 12V D-tap input to directly drive the camera is likewise handy. The bad part: This can't be mounted to a cage or rails on its own, and the Wooden Camera parts for doing so have completely ridiculous/unreasonable pricing. I would not have purchased this if I'd been aware of the additional investment needed, and will probably be designing my own mounting hardware to be 3d-printed instead of paying the requested prices.
